Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a full range of orthodontic cases using modern techniques and appliances, including braces and clear aligners.
- Deliver high-quality care with excellent communication and a positive patient experience.
- Build rapport with patients and parents to support treatment acceptance, compliance, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with our experienced clinical and administrative team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with best practices in orthodontics and digital technology.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Orthodontist with BC licensure (or eligibility).
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellent treatment outcomes for patients of all ages.
- Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Interest in contributing to a practice that values both clinical excellence and strong patient relationships.
- Experience with digital workflows (intraoral scanning, treatment planning software) is an asset.
