Summary
Rate of Pay is Based on Experience. We are seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team at Hall Construction Inc. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, contributing to our commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The position is based in the Greater Muskoka Area.
Responsibilities
- Grading and building driveways
- Build and install landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, and garden beds from granite flagstone and boulders
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Dig trenches for drainage systems and locating utilities as required.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, edging, riverstone and mulching.
- Assisting other crews and teams may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping related tasks such as flagstone is preferred.
- Ability to operate small equipment, hand tools and power tools safely.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- AZ, DZ or G with a restricted A license is an asset
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
