We are seeking a LOCKSMITH APPRENTICE that is looking for long term career. Must have positive attitude, mechanically inclined, dedicated and willing to learn and evolve in the ever changing locksmith industry.
Service Vehicle to be provided after probationary period
Job Description and requirements:
- Valid G drivers license and clean abstract - (Required)
- Clear criminal background check a must.
- Positive attitude, mechanically inclined, attention for detail and a team player.
- Good communication skills, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, (metal doors 60+ lbs)
- Ability to climb ladder and work above ground - (no fear of heights)
- Ability to work independently, and receive verbal instructions
- Complete and submit paperwork on time - (Read & write English)
- Industry related certifications an asset
- After Hours On Call (rotational basis)
Royal will train dedicated apprentices in the following :
- Locksmithing
- Safes
- Access Control
- CCTV Systems
- Swing Door Operators
- Automatic Sliding doors
- Commercial frames and doors.
