We are seeking a detail-oriented Crew Member to assist with professional pavement line painting and outdoor property maintenance projects.
Training provided. This is a project-based, seasonal role with hours that vary depending on weather conditions and client project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pavement marking layout, surface preparation, and paint application across commercial and municipal job sites.
- Operate and maintain pavement marking equipment and surface cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general property maintenance and site cleanup tasks as directed by the field supervisor.
- Adhere to site safety protocols, maintain high work quality, and complete projects within required timeframes.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform active, hands-on physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise layout instructions.
- Flexible availability to accommodate project-based hours and weather-dependent scheduling.
- Reliable transportation to travel to local job sites.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
