We are a busy North York shop looking to add to our team. We have established a great customer base throughout our 23 years in business and perform everything from routine maintenance to full engine rebuilds in house.
Immediate openings for both an experienced heavy-duty mechanic as well as an experienced apprentice. License is not mandatory and the option to obtain a license during employment is offered.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of heavy equipment both in shop and on site
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed
- Weld and fabricate parts when necessary
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus
- Skilled in welding and fabrication techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
This position requires the ability to perform heavy lifting, work with various makes and models of construction equipment, and have strong mechanical knowledge. If you are a skilled mechanic with a passion for solving problems and providing excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour
