We are currently hiring dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Nurses who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
- Support medication reminders and follow care plans as directed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition or concerns to supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding client care
- Deliver care in a respectful, professional, and client-focused manner
- Promote client safety, comfort, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
- PSW certification, nursing license, or relevant caregiving experience
- Experience in home care, retirement homes, long-term care, or community care is considered an asset
- Experience supporting seniors, dementia care, palliative care, or individuals with disabilities is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification considered an asset
- Clear vulnerable sector check required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
