What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in person, by phone, and email
- Process loan applications, verify documentation, and support underwriting decisions
- Assess creditworthiness and ensure alignment with company policies and risk guidelines
- Manage collections activities, including engaging customers in solution-focused conversations and arranging flexible payment options
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle general account inquiries with strong customer service
- Conduct credit research, review income and assets, and manage risk exposure
- Reconnect with customers through skip tracing to support account resolution
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and systems effectively
- Identify process improvements to enhance outcomes and efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and achieve KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service, sales experience
- Skilled in handling objections and negotiating effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Experience in subprime finance is an asset
- Able to pass criminal, employment, and credit checks
- Flexible to work Monday to Saturday with a balanced rotating schedule
