RPI Consulting Group, a premier healthcare staffing provider in Canada, partners with top healthcare organizations and pharmacies nationwide. We are currently seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist for one of our pharmacy partners in Toronto, Ontario.
This is a compelling opportunity to work in a tech-forward pharmacy specializing in mail-order and delivery services. The successful candidate will be at ease handling digital prescriptions and excel in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. High performers may be considered for extra hours starting October, with the potential for contract extension or a permanent role.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pharmacy Environment
- Approximately 100 prescriptions per day
- Team includes 3 Pharmacy Assistants and 1 overlapping Pharmacist
- Workflow similar to other specialty and digital pharmacy settings
- Pharmacy software: Kroll
Key Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and accurately dispense prescription medications.
- Assess and process digital prescriptions in line with professional standards.
- Provide medication counselling and pharmaceutical care when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists standards and pharmacy regulations.
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflows.
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation.
- Support a high-quality patient experience within a digital pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (or eligible for licensure).
- Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is preferred.
- Comfortable working with digital and electronic prescriptions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Pharmacy management experience is a strong asset and may open future leadership opportunities.
