Dispatcher (Full-Time)
Location: Bedford Commons, NS
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day Shift) with Rotating Evening & Weekend Schedule
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated full-time Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating drivers, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers on dedicated routes
- Monitor deliveries and ensure on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers
- Manage scheduling and adjust routes as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide support during rotating evening and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and transportation software (experience considered an asset)
- Knowledge of Maritime geography considered an asset
