For over 25 years, IBT College has provided career-focused education that helps students achieve their goals. We are looking for a Campus Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campus and ensure a positive experience for students, instructors, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the campus
- Support students, faculty, and administrative staff
- Coordinate classroom schedules and campus activities
- Maintain student records and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Regulated Career College requirements
- Assist with Ministry inspections and audits
- Resolve student concerns and operational issues
- Supervise front office and administrative functions
- Support admissions and academic teams as needed
- Foster a positive, professional campus environment
Qualifications
- Experience working in an Ontario Regulated Career College is strongly preferred
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements is an asset

Pay: $34,400.00-$45,000.00 per year
