Experienced Lead Cleaner for Night Shift 32 - 40 Hours per week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced cleaner to join our quality control team. You will report to our office each night and visit various commercial buildings that we provide cleaning at.
Responsibilities
· Ability to drive our vehicle to buildings throughout Edmonton and surrounding
· Ensure quality control is being met by cleaners in all buildings
· Delivery of supplies
· Communicate with cleaners, team, managers and clients
· Oversee training of cleaners
· Ensure Health and safety procedures are being communicated and followed
· Chemicals and equipment training for staff
· Troubleshooting emergency situations
Skills
· Candidates with knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning required
· Post construction cleaning experience preferred
· Able to obtain a clean criminal record
· in speaking, reading and writing English
· General computer skills; Excel, Word & Outlook
· Vehicle and current Alberta driver’s license required
· Ability to obtain a clean criminal record and having lived in Canada for over 5 years
· Physically fit to work standing for shift
· Confidence to drive our Edmonton and area roads
· Strong decision-making skills
· Excellent communication habits
