Commercial Refrigeration & Gas Equipment
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Service Advisor to join our growing team in Guelph.
This is primarily an in-house position supporting commercial refrigeration and gas cooking equipment. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with service coordination responsibilities, acting as a key resource for customers, technicians, and service partners across Canada.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for commercial refrigeration and gas equipment
✔ Evaluate warranty claims, returned equipment, and product performance
✔ Coordinate service calls with authorized third-party service providers
✔ Monitor and follow up on open service calls to ensure timely resolution
✔ Review service reports, warranty claims, and parts requirements
✔ Train and support technicians, customers, and service partners
✔ Assist with product testing, quality assurance, and technical documentation
✔ Occasional travel within Southern Ontario as required
Qualifications
✔ Minimum 10 years of commercial refrigeration and gas equipment experience
✔ Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician License
✔ ODP Certification
✔ Strong refrigeration, electrical, and gas troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
✔ Experience coordinating service activities and managing multiple priorities

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
