Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to help grow our automotive battery and related auto parts sales across the GTA.
The main responsibility of this role is to visit auto parts stores, repair shops and other automotive-related businesses in person, introduce our products, build strong customer relationships, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into active wholesale/commercial accounts.
This is a full-time position with hourly pay plus sales commission. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, confident in communication, and comfortable with B2B outside sales, customer follow-ups, and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Visit auto parts stores, repair shops, and other automotive-related businesses across the GTA.
- Introduce and promote our automotive batteries and related auto parts to potential business customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new wholesale/commercial customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly by phone, text, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability, warranty details, and basic battery information.
- Track customer visits, follow-ups, orders, and sales activities accurately.
- Plan daily routes and manage time efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through related products and repeat orders.
- Represent the company in a professional, respectful, and reliable manner.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and handling products weighing up to 45 lbs (20 kg) when required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in outside sales, B2B sales, automotive parts sales, or wholesale sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive batteries, auto parts, or the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Persian/Farsi is required.
- Comfortable visiting customers in person and making follow-up calls.
- Organized, reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Excel, and order/customer tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
- Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Compensation
- Pay: From $20.00 per hour plus commission
