Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, building relationships and identifying their vehicle needs
- Manage and develop a comprehensive sales pipeline to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct B2B sales interactions and negotiate deals effectively to close high-value vehicle transactions
- Support the entire sales process from initial contact to final deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up procedures
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills via phone etiquette and in-person interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a focus on high-end vehicles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities
