Role: Naturopathic Doctor

Role Overview:
The WOMB is looking for a Naturopathic Doctor to join our team! The ideal candidate not only believes in our mission and values but also has a passion for providing exceptional care to our clients, focusing on fertility, pregnancy, pediatrics, and holistic family health.
The ideal schedule would include a minimum of two days a week - daytime, evening and weekend shift options.

Responsibilities:
- Provide whole-person care by referring clients to other WOMB practitioners when applicable.
- Utilize the full scope of naturopathic practice and modalities, including: Treating common fertility conditions such as: natural family planning, PCOS, IVF/IUI support, egg quality, endometriosis, fibroids, decreased sperm parameters (motility, count and morphology), luteal phase defects, thin lining, recurrent miscarriage, autoimmune conditions and more.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a 4-year program in naturopathy accredited by the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME), or a combination of education and experience assessed as equivalent to a CNME-accredited education.
- Registered and in good standing with the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
- Positive, professional, and flexible attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other WOMB practitioners
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
Compensation: Percentage-based split model with opportunities for growth.
