As a Customer Experience Clerk, your duties will include:
- Respond to all customer inquiries within customer experience timelines and service quality guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate customer information is collected to assist in maintaining customer records.
- Interact with the Customer Experience team as well as other departments to produce accurate and timely responses to inquiries and service requests.
- Liaise with internal staff and external contacts as required (ie. field staff, lawyers, contractors, government agencies, etc.).
- Provide a high level of service to our customers and deal effectively with people in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- At a minimum, a Grade 12 education, with intermediate computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Customer Information Systems and Billing Software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to show initiative and multi-task in a service oriented, fast paced environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills to serve customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
