We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day order desk activities, including quoting, order entry, and follow-ups.

Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability to customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.

Generate new business opportunities and support overall sales growth.

Prepare estimates for new and ongoing projects.

Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.

Collaborate closely with outside sales and internal teams to meet and exceed targets.

Assist with additional branch duties and contribute to a team-focused environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield supply (P, V & F).

Strong knowledge of industrial and technical products.

Proven sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.

Strong computer and system proficiency.

Commitment to responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Minimum 3 years direct experience with pipe, valves, and fittings.

Must be willing to work within a 30-minute commute radius of the job location.
