We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with customers, enjoys sales, and is comfortable creating social media content to promote our inventory.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License (required).
- OMVIC Certification is an asset. Candidates who do not have an OMVIC license must be willing to obtain it.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer records.
- Create and post at least 2 social media reels per week featuring vehicles, promotions, or dealership content.
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, financing options, and dealership promotions.
