Snapshot of the Position:
As a Manager trainee, you will work under the guidance of our experienced Management Team to learn about various aspects of store operations with the aim of gaining knowledge and experience to prepare you for a management position. If you have a passion for leading, working in a fast-paced retail environment and interested in being part of the management team at our Stephenville location, then this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Work under the direction of store management to learn, supervise, direct and manage all phases of store operations in a manner designed to obtain maximum sales and margins.
- Control labor, utility and other operating expenses
- Ensure that the store meets targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of personnel and resources available.
- Develop a good understanding of Colemans policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Provide support to the store management team.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
