Overview
We are looking for hardworking, productive installers to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing the installation of a variety of metal roofing, metal siding, metal gutter, and metal flooring systems. This role offers opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial sites, utilizing a range of construction skills. Applicants should be committed to safety, precision, and delivering excellent results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Help install metal roofing, siding, gutter, and flooring systems
- Operate basic tools (snips, drills, levels, etc.)
- Measure, cut, handle, and drill metal and non-metal building products accurately
- Assist with tear-offs, prep, and installation
- Follow install specs/requirements and crew lead direction
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Knowledge of general construction processes.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to learn fast, work hard, and deliver clean, precise installs
- Ability to collaborate with crew members to solve problems and make adjustments in order to meet project deadlines and specifications
Requirements
- Strong work ethic — no babysitting required
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically capable (lifting, climbing, long days)
- Detail-oriented
- Shows up on time, every time
- Willing to travel for jobs (travel reimbursement available)
- Construction or roofing experience = asset (not required)
Pay
- Starting at $22-$30/hr (based on experience)
- Growth opportunities: Lead Installer @ $32-$35/hr, Foreman @ $39-$45/hr
