Roles & Responsibilities
Framers (Experienced)
- Read and interpret layout plans, blueprints, and work orders.
- Build exterior and interior structural walls, floor systems, roof systems, ensuring quality, plumb & level.
- Lead smaller crews, coach labourers, maintain site productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with foreman, inspect work, report any issues (RFI, change order awareness).
- Maintain tools, consumables, and site housekeeping.
Labourers / Apprentices (Entry-Level / No Experience Required)
- Assist framers on site: carrying material, setting up, cleanup, basic measuring & cutting.
- Learn framing techniques, tool use, safety protocols, layout fundamentals.
- Show up punctual, strong attitude, physical stamina, willingness to learn.
- Safety first: Follow toolbox talks, PPE, jobsite protocols, zero harm mindset.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking individuals with good attitude.
- For framers: Minimum 2+ years framing experience preferred (multifamily or commercial an asset).
- For labourers: No prior framing experience needed — just drive, physical fitness, team-spirit.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, adapt to changing site conditions.
- Able to work in Edmonton area and commute to job sites (or relocate if needed).
- Strong safety mindset.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: negotiable based on experience (see above)..
- Paid training programs for labourers who want to upskill.
- Consistent schedule: Monday to Friday (with potential for Saturday when required).
- Career progression: From labourer → framer → lead, based on performance.
