Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across a wide range of properties, including residential homes, apartment bulidings, offices, and Airbnb rentals. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our clients receive the best possible service, keeping their properties pristine and ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of a property.
- Clean Airbnb properties between guest stays, ensuring all areas are spotless and meet guest expectations.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and ensure toiletries are stocked for Airbnb turnovers.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-traffic areas as needed.
- Ensure that all furniture and appliances are clean and organized.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing bed linens and towels.
- Follow company procedures and standards for each cleaning assignment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs discovered during cleaning.
- Manage cleaning supplies and notify management of stock shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring properties are cleaned to the highest standard.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, especially in Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently, managing time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as needed.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Willingness to follow instructions and take direction.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required (for travel between properties).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Airbnb turnover cleaning is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Own transportation to commute between client properties.
