Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining organization, consistency, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media calendars across multiple brands
- Schedule and publish content via management platforms
- Coordinate content needs with internal team and clients
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
- Organize UGC and content libraries
- Assist with reels planning and rollout
- Maintain posting consistency and brand voice
- Track basic performance metrics
- Support campaign launches and activations
Requirements
- 3+ years managing multiple social accounts
- Agency or multi-brand experience preferred
- Strong organization and time management
- Deep familiarity with Instagram & TikTok ecosystems
- Experience with scheduling platforms (HeyOrca, Go High Level, etc.)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Bonus Experience
- Knowledge on Hey Orca for content planning
- Hospitality or nightlife brands
- Content planning for events
- UGC strategy
- Short-form video planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
