Bloom Childcare Centre is hiring dynamic and experienced Educators to join our team in delivering a Christian-based curriculum in our new centre.

Minimum Requirements:
Alberta Child Care Level 2 or 3 Certification Required
- A passion for working with children and an interest in education.
- 1-2 years experience working in a childcare setting preferred.
- Must have CURRENT background check with vulnerable sector search done.
- Must have CURRENT First Aid/CPR
Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Assess and monitor the progress of each child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to children with special education needs
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and any concerns
Skills:
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize daily activities
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate children in their learning journey
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Proficiency in computer operations for record keeping and educational resources
- Ability to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting
- Passion for educating young minds and helping them reach their full potential
