Job Description:
- Preparing quotes for client in the showroom and via email. (Will assist to update on quoting).
- Cleaning/keep your station tidy.
- Order in material with specific suppliers.
- Filing/Closing files.
- Basic skills in using Google Calendar to schedule appointments.
- Help prepare invoices using QuickBooks (should have some experience)
- Follow up with installers to ensure the signed installation/delivery sheets are returned by the end of the day
- Follow up with payments and posting payments to Quickbooks after processing the charge on the POS system.
- Update details in the install/template (Google) calendar (name of installers)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST have stone and/or kitchen sales experience.
- Experience with Quickbooks is an asset.
- MUST have knowledge about constructions and marble/granite industry.
- Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry.
- Ability to reach target sales accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic clerical skills -filing, phones, customer service.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Must be able to work on Saturday if required.
This is a permanent, full-time position complete with an excellent benefits package after 6 months of showing consistent performance.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
