Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, expanding our sales pipeline, and driving outbound lead generation initiatives.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play an important role in introducing ROCKET’s services, building strong relationships, and creating new B2B opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce ROCKET’s transportation and logistics services to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Execute targeted outreach and telemarketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead flow
- Work closely with the sales team to improve and optimize outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities within the CRM system (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Provide professional and responsive communication when handling client inquiries
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (bilingual required)
- Experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Work Details
- Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour ($55,000 - 90,000$ per year) up to 90K/Year in Commissions
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Bonuses/Incentives: Commission per booked meeting + commission on closed accounts
Pay: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dorval, QC H9S 3L7
