Overview
NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION! ONLY SUBCONTRACT OPERATORS WITH RESIDENTIAL ROUGH GRADE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED!
Must be setup to subcontract as either a sole proprietorship or limited corporation.
We are seeking skilled Residential Skid Steer Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong background in residential lot grading and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to perform various tasks related to residential lot grading. This role requires high proficiency in operating skid steer tracked loaders, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.
Responsibilities
Operate skid steer tracked loaders, to complete various pre-grade, rough grade and site cleanups as residential construction tasks.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and safely.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on-site.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.
Experience
NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION! ONLY OPERATORS WITH RESIDENTIAL ROUGH GRADE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED!
Must have a valid drivers license and clean abstract.
Experience in commercial driving is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is essential.
Previous experience in residential lot grading construction is a MUST.
References need to be provided and will be checked to confirm ability and experience.

Pay: $40.00-$42.00 per hour
