Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-time Crew Member to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizza's according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Operate POS systems, processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently while upselling menu items when appropriate
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and provide correct change
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Assist with serving orders promptly
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks effectively
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is advantageous
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
