Welcome Home Construction is hiring a Licensed Plumber to lead our plumbing division. You'll handle commercial rough-in and finish, multi-unit work, restaurant and medical fit-outs, and service mains. Join as the founding plumber on a self-perform team with real room to grow and lead.
What you'll do
- Install and service plumbing systems on commercial and multi-unit projects.
- Lay out and execute rough-in and finish from drawings and specs.
- Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (plumbing) and pass inspection.
- Coordinate with HVAC/gas and other trades on shared scopes.
- Mentor apprentices as the division grows.
What we're looking for
- Valid Ontario Certificate of Qualification (306A Plumber).
- 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing code and inspection requirements.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.
