Assignment:
- Full-time 1.0 FTE Educational Assistant position
- Duties to commence August 26, 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year
- Working with Elementary students in an individual and classroom setting
Qualifications and/or Assets:

Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an asset

Experience working with students with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and patient approach to solving problems

Commitment to ongoing professional growth

Collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and support a dynamic learning environment

Knowledge, understanding, and experience with ASD, ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Behavioral needs would be considered an asset
- Ability to work one on one with a student in an inclusive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality

Calm, confident, and skilled professional who can maintain structure and consistency while supporting students who require supervision, redirection, and personalized programming throughout the school day.
