Job Summary
We’re looking for hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-end residential projects, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the landscape construction industry. Experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right individual who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape installations, including grading, planting, and hardscape construction
- Operate hand tools, wheelbarrows, and small equipment safely and efficiently
- Help install irrigation systems and soil preparation
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment as directed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow direction from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency
- Adhere to company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour is an asset (but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
