Position Overview
We’re looking to hire a reliable and hardworking General Labourer / Prep Technician to join our team. This role is essential to our process — you’ll be responsible for preparing cabinets and job sites to ensure a high-quality finished product.
No experience in cabinet refinishing is required, but experience with tools, painting, or construction is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Sanding and prepping cabinet doors and frames
- Cleaning and degreasing surfaces
- Masking and protecting job sites
- Assisting with removal and installation of cabinet doors
- Supporting spray operations (as trained)
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following instructions and working efficiently with the team
