Canada InstaDoc Services Ltd. is a trusted Edmonton-based provider of notarization and translation services.
As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities
- Receiving and answering incoming calls
- Supporting office operations with administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records of clients
- Respond to email and online inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collect and organize client information and documentation.
- Open, update, and maintain confidential client files.
- Scan, photocopy, print, and file legal and clients’ documents.
- Assist with preparing files for lawyers and notary public.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and office records.
- Coordinate with lawyers regarding client appointments and file status.
- Assist clients with general inquiries regarding office procedures (without providing legal advice)
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent certificates.
- Post-secondary education in Office Administration, Business, Legal Administration, or a related field is an asset.
Employment requirements
- Previous experience in a law office, notary office, or professional office environment is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, pdf).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in additional languages is considered an asset
Salary
$ 15 per hour
