Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to promote healing and restore function.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment procedures, and home exercises.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Ontario..
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations, including children and adults.
- Experience working in hospital environments is highly desirable.
