About the Opportunity
This role keeps marketing moving for Meraki and our family of companies. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and handle the work that makes campaigns and events actually happen.
Day to day, you'll run our social media, coordinate with designers and vendors on marketing materials, and support campaign execution and event logistics. You'll help maintain our websites, create content with guidance from the team, keep our asset library organized, and track what's working. You'll also provide the administrative support that keeps projects on track.
This is a hands-on role. You'll get exposure across the full range of marketing functions, working alongside people who know the business and will show you how it's done.
We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. If you give a damn about getting the work done right, you'll fit in here.
What You'll Own
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Communications Manager. Here's what you'll do:
- Coordinate marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, signage, and more, working with designers and vendors to keep it on brand and on time
- Run our social media day to day: create content, schedule posts, engage with our community, and keep an eye on what people are saying about us. This is a top priority of this role.
- Support campaign execution: paid Facebook Ads, email distribution, shipping event materials, tracking what's due and when
- Keep our websites current: fresh content, accurate contact info, project highlights, and resources that stay on brand
- Help create content: blog posts, email newsletters, thought leadership pieces, with guidance from senior team members
- Research the market and competitors, then bring those insights to the senior marketer on the team
- Coordinate trade show and event logistics: booth materials, promo items, event photos, and more
- Keep our asset library organized: photography, templates, brand materials, vendor contacts, all easy for the team to find
- Track and report on the numbers: social performance, website stats, email open rates, campaign results
- Provide the admin support that keeps the team on track: scheduling, presentation prep, invoices, timelines
