Kamloops, BC. Landscape Construction Foreman. Residential and commercial.
What the role looks like:
- Lead and mentor a 3-4 person crew across residential and commercial installs
- Run daily tailgate meetings, manage progress, keep the jobsite clean, safe, and organized
- Hands-on install work: retaining walls, paver patios, synthetic turf, irrigation, planting, among many other features
- Operate skid steers and excavators with confidence
- Coordinate with PMs, designers, and the office to keep projects on track
- Run snow operations in the winter for year-round employment
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience leading landscape construction crews- residential and commercial
- Advanced skid steer and excavator operation
- Class 5 driver's licence with a clean abstract; comfortable towing a truck and trailer
- Strong on hardscape installation methods (segmental walls, paver systems, drainage)
- Physically capable- 50 lb lifts, full days on tools
- A communicator- with your crew, with clients, and with the office
- Comfortable with phone/tablet-based time tracking (we use LMN)
- Willing to travel occasionally for out-of-town projects (LOA and accommodations covered)
