Chiropractic Assistant and Marketing Coordinator - Kitchener - Starting at $25/hour + Benefits
Fairway Chiropractic Centre / Disc Repair ClinicKitchener, ONPart-timeStarting at $25.00 per hourApproximately 29.5 hours per week to start
Job Overview
Fairway Chiropractic Centre is hiring a Chiropractic Assistant and Marketing Coordinator for our busy Chiropractic office in Kitchener, Ontario.
We are searching for a warm, empathetic individual with a positive outlook to join our purpose-driven office family! We need a person who is excited to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. If you are passionate about helping our community rediscover their health potential and well-being, we would love to meet you.
Our clinic is a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to serving our community members across all ages, from infants to old age.
This is a two-part role.
We need someone who can help with the day-to-day responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant. This includes greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, supporting patient flow, processing payments, and helping create an excellent patient experience. Someone who can masterfully balance essential administrative duties with a heartfelt commitment to nurturing patient relationships. In this role, you will collaborate intimately with our doctors and patients, ensuring every task is completed with precision and efficiency while maintaining our standard of exceptional, purpose-driven care.
We believe that everyone can benefit from Chiropractic, however we have found that two main things stop people from receiving Chiropractic care:
1. Fear of the unknown, or fear from videos they’ve seen.
2. They simply don’t know what Chiropractors do.
We need someone who can help us reach out to our community, including our current patients (so they can help us share the word) as well as people outside our 4 walls. We want to inform them about how Chiropractic can allow them to live out the best version of their lives.
This position requires one to create, organize, and maintain our patient communication and marketing systems. This includes helping with internal marketing events, social media leads, email newsletters, patient follow-up systems, testimonial photos and videos, Google review support, website lead follow-up, and basic tracking of clinic follow-up systems.
This role is for someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to both follow systems and help improve systems.
We are not looking for someone who only wants a standard front desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys people, communication, organization, learning, and helping patients feel cared for from their first phone call through to every visit after that.
About Us
Fairway Chiropractic Centre has been serving the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge community for many years.
Our Belief About Health
We believe the body was created with an innate ability to heal, adapt, and be well.
We believe that “the power that made the body heals the body.”
We believe health works from Above-Down, Inside-Out. Your brain, spinal cord, and nervous system control and coordinate every function in your body. Because of that, we believe true health is not just about chasing symptoms. It is about helping the body function the way it was designed to.
Why Our Office Exists
Our purpose is to empower our community to live out their full God-given potential.
We want to help people move better, feel better, function better, and live with greater confidence in their body’s ability to heal and adapt.
How We Help
We do this by identifying and reducing physical stress on the spine and nervous system.
When the spine is moving and aligned well, the nervous system can communicate more clearly with the rest of the body. This helps support better movement, better function, and better overall wellbeing.
What We Do
Chiropractic care is at the core of what we do.
We assess the spine for areas of misalignment, restricted movement, and stress. When appropriate, we correct these areas with Chiropractic adjustments using the right amount of force for each person.
We also use advanced tools that support healing and recovery, including Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression and SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy. These therapies work best when the spine and nervous system are functioning well.
Our goal is not simply to help people feel better for a short time. Our goal is to help people function better, heal better, and live better from the inside out.
————
We are looking for someone who connects with this mindset and feels called to help others. The right person believes in natural health, values personal growth, and wants to be part of a positive, purpose-driven Chiropractic team. You do not need to know everything about Chiropractic before starting, but you do need to care about people, bring a great attitude, stay organized, and be open to learning how we help patients heal, function, and live better.
