Spirit Logistics is growing and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our moving division for the upcoming busy season (approx. 5 months). There is strong potential for long-term or permanent positions for the right candidates.
Team Leader / Driver (5-Ton Truck)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the moving industry
- At least 1 year driving a 5-ton (26 ft) truck
- Strong leadership skills – able to run crews and manage jobs efficiently
- Valid G license or higher (DZ is an asset, not required)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

You’ll be working on residential and commercial moves, handling furniture, appliances, and other items with care and professionalism. Customer service is a big part of this role – we take pride in making moves smooth and stress-free for our clients.
