REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIM INSTRUCTORS
As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. Even if you are not an expert swim instructor, that’s ok! We can train anyone on how to teach the way we teach, but here is what we do need from you.
- You need to be a “swimmer”. Ideally, you understand all four strokes and an overall appreciation for the water
- You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress
- You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work. Having fun is mandatory!
- Be willing to work all year-round
- Be able to work weekdays and weekend.
- Be reliable and dependable
- You need to be able to reliably commute to our locations.
- Certified in First Aid & CPR (Lifeguard certification is an asset).
- Hard-working, dynamic, and opened to learning new ways of teaching
- An adaptable mindset that is open to different aquatic experience
- Must be 16+ years of age

Compensation will be dependent on certification and experience.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
