LRC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team!

What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate on-site crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and project managers
- Maintain schedules and keep projects moving forward
- Mentor and develop team members
What We're Looking For:
-Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in residential and commercial renovations, additions, and custom projects
- Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
