Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct professional test drives.
- Explain financing, warranty, and protection options.
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and text.
- Maintain customer records and manage your sales pipeline.
- Stay current on inventory, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- Valid OMVIC license (required)
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as required
