Sylvan Lake Autopro is hiring a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to join our team.
We're a NAPA AutoPro affiliate shop in Sylvan Lake with a long-standing reputation for high-quality work, strong customer relationships, and a professionally run operation. We're looking for a skilled technician who wants stable hours, fair pay, and a shop that's actually built for the people who work in it.
What we offer
- Hourly pay — not flat rate. You get paid for your time, every hour.
- True Monday–Friday schedule. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call rotation. Ever.

What we're looking for
- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills — electrical, driveability, modern vehicle systems
- Own tools (allowance available if needed)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Pride in accurate work and a long-term mindset
Location
Sylvan Lake is 25 minutes west of Red Deer. Commuting from Red Deer? You'll be driving against the morning traffic.
