NL Kubota is seeking a Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician to join our growing service department. We support Kubota equipment across construction, agriculture, commercial, and residential applications. If you take pride in diagnostics, quality repairs, and continuous learning, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Kubota tractors, RTVs, construction equipment, snow removal equipment, and related attachments
- Perform engine, hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain, and PTO diagnostics
- Complete PDIs and warranty repairs to OEM standards
- Use diagnostic software and service bulletins to accurately identify issues
- Document repair orders clearly and accurately
- Work collaboratively with the service team to meet productivity and quality targets
- Support field service calls when required
What We’re Looking For
- Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Agricultural or compact equipment experience is an asset
