Hiring Full-Time Window & Eavestrough Cleaning Crew
Fully Completely Inc. is based in Newmarket Ontario and provides window cleaning services throughout York Region. Mainly servicing residential customers we have been in business since 1994, and are seeing rapid continuous growth. Fully Completely Inc. offers a great work environment and provides personnel with competitive compensation ($1500 per week +) and WSIB coverage.
We are currently looking for Window & Eavestrough Crew Leaders for interior and exterior window cleaning. Responsibilities include residential window cleaning inside and out, eaves trough cleaning, and power washing.
Qualifications
- MUST be bondable
- Candidate needs a class G licence and must be insurable
- Working at heights training considered an asset.
- Willing to train the right candidate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to arrange an effective work schedule under minimum direct instruction.
- Ability to lead a team of 2-3 individuals
- Managing daily route, invoices, and payments
- Good health and strength (ability to lift 50lbs, no physical limitations) sufficient to perform a variety of routine manual tasks in care, ability to climb ladders (no fear of heights)
- Skill in the use of power washing equipment, experience with carpet cleaning equipment considered an asset
- Honest, Reliable, and trustworthy
- Demonstrate flexibility and sound work ethic
- Ability to deal with customers in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
