Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or sales role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with operating a POS system is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
