Position Summary
We are seeking two skilled, energetic, and highly experienced Bartenders who double as exceptional Servers. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a fast-paced bar environment while maintaining excellent floor control and guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality beverages quickly and accurately during peak volume hours.
- Provide seamless, top-tier table service to patio and indoor dining areas as needed.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and minimize product waste.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our craft beers, food menu, and daily features.
- Utilize POS and reservation systems efficiently to process orders and seatings.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully compliant with safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of bartending experience (Required).
- Environment: Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume establishment.
- Skills: Dual competency in both bartending and high-standard floor serving.
- Technical: Proficient with modern POS systems and digital reservation platforms.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic with a genuine desire to pick up shifts and support the team.
