We are seeking energetic and personable Catering Servers & Baristas to join our team at Luxe Bites. In this dual role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service at a variety of upscale events, while crafting specialty coffee and espresso drinks at our cart and station activations. The ideal candidate brings experience in both hospitality service and coffee preparation, thrives in dynamic event environments, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities
Catering Service
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner at a variety of events
- Support the setup, styling, and teardown of catering displays and stations at client venues
- Assist with loading and unloading event materials, food displays, and equipment
- Operate and assist at interactive cart experiences including coffee, mini pancake carts, dessert carts, ice cream carts, and more
- Maintain professionalism, positive energy, and a guest-first attitude throughout every event
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during food service
Barista & Beverage
- Prepare and serve specialty espresso drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee and tea beverages to brand standards
- Operate espresso machines and coffee equipment with care, consistency, and attention to quality
- Customize drink orders to guest preferences while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and beverage areas throughout events
- Assist with restocking coffee supplies, syrups, and consumables before and during events
- Contribute to the visual presentation of beverage stations to align with luxury event aesthetics
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food prep, catering, coffee or hospitality highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
- Food Safe Level 1 (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is mandatory
