We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes.
- Use Micros POS or similar systems to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and serve beverages in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Assist in setting up the bar area before service and cleaning up after closing hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper food safety procedures.
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal age requirements.
