Tower Steel Buildings is a leading supplier of pre-engineered steel buildings across Canada, serving residential, commercial, and agricultural clients. We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, goal-oriented business development representative who knows how to close deals and thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with warm, inbound leads provided daily — no cold calling required.
- Make 50–80 calls per day, connecting with potential customers to qualify their needs.
- Present, pitch, and build trust with customers interested in steel building solutions.
- Prepare and deliver estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM.
- Collaborate with the estimating and design teams to ensure accurate project details.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience — minimum 5 years in B2C sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you know how to ask for the sale.
- A self-starter with a grinder mentality — motivated by results and commissions.
- Comfortable making high call volumes and managing multiple leads at once.
- Experience in construction, building materials, or steel buildings is an asset.
· Compensation:
- Base + commission or full commission with uncapped earning potential — the harder you work, the more you earn.
