Experience
- Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with carpentry, woodworking, masonry or roofing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols.
- Previous handyman experience or general labouring background is beneficial but not mandatory.
